We believe that diversity is a journey and our starting point is to help our clients identify exactly where they are in this journey, before designing solutions which are targeted at helping them make sustained progress through the journey stages.

Founded by Glanville Einstein Williams, a Human Rights and Diversity specialist with a wealth of diversity management experience, Einstein Glanville provides consulting services to multinational enterprises, government departments and other public sector bodies and agencies.
